Message: I have a quick question, I want to build my own wood hot tub as I am a hobbyist and am looking for some one to provide me with wood hot tub plans. I found your product and it looks absolutely stunning. If you don't that is okay and maybe you can point me in the right direction. Steve

Steve, we are a firm believer in DIY but starting from scratch to build a hot tub can be a bigger task than you realize. Unfortunately we do not sell or offer wood hot tub plans. I can tell you that the most important part about building a wood hot tub is to buy the best clear cedar you can find. Cedar with knots or "B" grade will lead to leaks and greatly reduce the life expectancy of a hot tub. The other big issue that DIY have is finding the right plumbing hardware. Normal plastic spa jets will not work on a wood hot tub as they are meant for 1/4" thick fiberglass or acrylic. Sourcing these locally will be a challenge. We do sell the complete spa pack heating systems that will help you in your endeavor or for those looking for wood fired hot tub heaters, we have three different sizes. I hope this helps and good luck on your project! Dan

Dan thanks for your advise! I am definitely interested in your wood fired hot tub heaters as my wood expertise only ends there and I have no clue when it comes to welding. My wood hot tub plans will include a Timberline Hot Tub Heater. Do you also sell the fittings for the jets as you are correct, I can't find them anywhere! Steve

Steve yes we have jets for wood hot tubs. We don't have these listed on our parts store but you can just call us directly and order these. Here is an image of what they look like. They are $39 each.
